Cream of Potato Soup

  • 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Cook all vegetables until done in water, drain. Add margarine and milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
