Sustainable Agriculture

Waltham Fields stewards 11 acres of land at 240 Beaver St. and Lyman Estate, all of which is cultivated using organic practices and regenerative principles.
We utilize living mulch, compost tea, and cover crops including clover and rye to enrich our soils, allowing our plants to thrive.

Our farming practices include resting 25% of our fields for
an entire season to allow soil nutrients to regenerate. In implementing these regenerative practices, we have seen
a 12% increase in crop productivity and reduction in both labor costs and water use.
